so i know i was pretty lazy about this part before. but i promise to make a much greater effort to update this section as frequently as possible. i'm trying to make it easier for myself by adding a dynamically generated individual player for each song. so i hope you enjoy the tunes that will be rotated here. cheers.

2. you may have heard ben vaughn without even knowing it as he has made music for plenty of tv shows and composed soundtracks for movies. but you've got to give this track a listen and then go out and buy his album, designs in music... frequent flier

3.this is a great great tune from a great great band. seriously, califone is a great experimental, post-rock band made up of 2 guys. you can even get some treats at their site (free downloads!)... desire

4. so i've been listening to coltrane motion for a while and i still can't get enough. you're gonna love this band. a 60s and 70s style indie rock lo-fi punk... summertime

5. dawn landes rules!!!!!!... traffic

6. a calssic from the dead kennedys. enjoy... doup is good food

7. my reggae selection for this list is from none other than eek-a-mouse, a unique cat with a distinctive voice and some incredible music... anarexol

8. here's a band i think is little-known. i think, but i'm not sure. maybe you've heard of them. and if you haven't, then i'm sorry you have such poor taste in music. the band is named idaho and i can't find their website. they've got some great experimental guitar music. check it... scrawny

9. here's a cool little pop tune byill lit. folktronica isn't so bad done this way... diner girls

10. talking to my boss the other day, the kitchens of distinction came up. what a good band. i'll admit they weren't absolutely great, but they were pretty dam good. they had some real nice gems with that classic 90s british sound like this one... 4 men

11. this is a cool little ditty by the playwrights. this is what i imagine xtc would sound like if they were 20-somethings in the 2000s... GUY DEBORD IS REALLY DEAD

12. and we can't end the list without some hip hop. this is M1 of dead prez. nuff said... comrade's call
