flying accordion... stolen?

as many of you know, one of our most popular t-shirt designs is our flying accordion. we've donated the image and printing of the shirt to hecho en encinal for their grito en encinal event, sold them at blue star art complex at various first friday events, sold them at parts and labour here in austin, and sold a bunch online.

that being stated, i got an email last night promoting the texas conjunto festival. and their promotional poster contains... a flying accordion. copied or not? we'll let you decide. but here it is, side by side. let us know what you think of this. or let them know...
